About Us
The purpose of Gwinnett Professionals for Human and Civil Rights, Inc. is to eradicate discrimination and inequality. We seek to promote, educate and support the community with meaningful resolutions related to violations of their civil and human rights. Also, we will empower people to understand their rights and assist those responsible to uphold such rights.
Remember, never allow the oppressor to control your destiny. Silence is acceptance; speak out and continue to be a voice for the voiceless! Dr. Martin Luther King said, "In the end, we will remember not words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."
We are leaders that will take a stand for those who have been discriminated, and retaliated against. It is a goal to create a positive climate related to race relations in Gwinnett County. Someone once said, " If you're tired of hearing about racism, imagine how tired some people are of experiencing it..." Booker T. Washington said , " A lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good, just because it's accepted by a majority".
